Licensed Massage Therapist

I am a sports therapist with a background in medical care. Graduating with a BS in Biomedical Sciences from University of Alaska, I intermittently received my massage education at Cortiva Massage Institute. In over 7+ years of experience, Ive found myself starting in the Chiropractic and hospital setting, only to further my time into sports education. I am a current affiliate with Brown University and University of Washington, both in the sport of Rowing. Though I handle athletes from all realms such as baseball to triathlete or tennis to swimming, my heart resides in my current focus with the United States Rowing Association (US Rowing).

I specialize in trigger point and deep tissue work in hopes to improve your daily function. I include cupping and other modalities depending on what is called for.
